Who doesnt love pasta dishes? I know I do! Here is a recipe for a simple and delicious dish.
What you will need
18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
3/4 cup frozen spinach
3 cups diced cooked chicken breast (about 1 lb)
1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
2 cups pasta sauce
1 cups alfredo sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Spray 13×9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook chicken. Dice in to small pieces
Cook and drain pasta shells as directed on package.
In a bowl mix spinach, chicken, cottage cheese and egg.
Pour pasta sauce into bottom of the baking dish spread evenly coating the bottom of dish.
Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each cooked pasta shell.
Place filled shells on top of the sauce in the baking dish.
Drizzle Alfredo sauce over shells.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
Serve and eat!
