Cookies and Cream Chocolate Lasagna Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreos, crushed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups of milk
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 2 4.2 oz Oreo Cookies & Cream Pudding
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips or crushed Oreos
How to make Cookies and Cream Oreo Chocolate Lasagna
Step 1: Add the crushed Oreos and melted butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir until butter is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 2: Add mixture to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Press down to make sure the mixture is evenly spread. Place in the fridge 10 minutes to allow it to harden.
Step 3: Using a hand or stand mixer, add cream cheese, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Fold 8 oz of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5: Take the dish from the freezer and spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie crust. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to set.
Step 6: Using a hand or stand mixer, add both boxes of pudding and milk. Ix on low until the pudding begins to thicken, which is about 2-3 minutes
Step 7: Take the dish from the freezer and spread the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to set.
Step 8: Take the dish from the freezer and evenly spread the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping.
