I love cookies. I love easy cookies even more and you can't much easier than these. The chocolate in these cookies is what takes these cookies over the top and even give them an air of gourmet.
Chocolat Frey is 100% Sweedish chocolate. Created by two brothers following a bean to bar process that creates a lush creaminess. It's easy to see why it's number one Switzerland. Chocolat Frey is UTZ certified. They care about the environment and support substainable farming. Be sure to check them out on Facebook
I was sent an assortment of Chocolat Frey to review and creste this recipe. I started off with a grand idea and in typical mom style it quickly became something easy for us moms to pull off. It also came down to which chocolate I had left to work with because people have been sneaking chocolate. I can't really fuss because it really is good and do hard to control yourself. I'm just crazy over the white chocolate and refused to share any of it.
1. I took plain sugar cookie dough and let it come to room temperature.
2. I broke the chocolate into squares and wrapped the cookie dough around it.
3. Bake as directed on the package. In this case 350 for 10-11 minutes.
4. Let cool and enjoy.
I grabbed a basket and added some Chocolat Frey bars and Bunnies. I added a baggie of cookies and shared them with my neighbor. If we weren't already good friends, the basket would've sealed the deal.
