I have to say that technology has come so far. My oldest is almost six and this is one of the first times I’ve been able to use a video baby monitor in my own home. It’s a true blessing to be able to see your child sound asleep from another room. I wanted to share my review of the Motorola Baby Monitor with you because I truly love it and believe it’s a product that could change parenthood for the better.
Easy to Put Together
When you look at ANY high tech baby monitor you think “this is going to be a doosy to put together.” From the time I pulled the Motorola Baby Monitor out of the box till the time I could see my son’s crib was a total of five minutes max. It’s a high tech baby monitor that takes little to no time to put together and that’s awesome in my book.
Since I move from room to room a lot I was nervous about carrying around a large monitor from room to room. The monitor for this baby monitor is heavy duty but very light weight. I love that the monitor also has a little sturdy stand on the back, so I can place the monitor anywhere in the house.
Clear Video and Audio
As I mentioned before, technology has come so far that it amazes me, just in the six years that I’ve had kids. When you’re looking into the monitor and at your child, the video quality of this baby monitor is awesome. You can clearly see what object is what and the screen is large enough that you don’t have to squint to see what’s going on in the baby’s room. My husband and I put our youngest to bed last night and literally watched the monitor for 10 minutes because we found it so fascinating to see our child from another room.
Keeping baby safe is always a number one priority in this house. When putting together the Motorola Baby Monitor I was sure to make sure cords were high enough to where our baby is safe. The big monitor is awesome too because it has a long lasting battery that doesn’t need to be plugged in all the time. Not being “stuck” in one place is always a great thing when you’re a mom who has a lot of things to take care of.
I'm very happy with the Motorola Baby Monitor and I'm very excited to use it on Baby #4 due in 12 short weeks!
