Simple & Yummy Peanut Butter Cake
Oh my! My addiction is Peanut Butter! I am not normal I know. Most people love chocolate, not me! Its nothing for me to go through 5 jars of peanut butter a month. I remember in school we would get this cake with peanut butter icing. It was so yummy I know weird coming from a school. The icing on that cake was the kind like thin glass that would crack it wasnt the soft kind like on most cakes. I have been looking for years for a recipe close to that type of cake to no avail. So after trying so many times this is one I came up on my own.
