Kids are always asking for weird and crazy things in their pancakes, sometimes we make them and sometimes you have to explain that spaghetti sauce has no place in pancakes!
But, when S'more Pancakes were suggested I thought that it was a brilliant idea so I set about making a semi homemade recipe using pancake mix as my base and then doctored up to suit our flavors. So camp out around the kitchen table tomorrow and surprise your kids with this breakfast version of S'mores!

Combine all ingredients until well mixed.
Heat a small amount of butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
Pour batter into 4"-5" circles and cook until bubbles begin to form and then pop, you can lift up the edge and see if it is browned. Flip and cook an additional 2 minutes or so until golden brown.
Top with syrup and an additional sprinkle of chocolate chips and marshmallows if desired. Enjoy!
