So I am always looking for high protein foods since having Gastric Bypass surgery. Here is my take on a Turkey Meatloaf.
What you will need
2 lbs of Lean Ground Turkey
1 pk Stove Top Stuffing Mix For Turkey
1/2 cup White Onion
1/2 Krafts BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup water
In a large bowl mix Ground Turkey, Eggs, Stuffing, Onion, Cheese, & 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce. Set aside rest of BBQ sauce
Pour into 9X13 casserole dish. Pat down evenly. Pour rest of BBQ sauce on top spread evenly on top to make a nice glaze.
Baked on 375 for 1 hour
