  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tsp. butter, melted

How to make Pumpkin Pie wontons

Preheat oven to 375°

Lightly coat 8 mini muffin cups with non stick spray.

Whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.

Brush each wonton wrapper lightly with butter- you can skip this step and save a few more calories and a bit of fat but it really adds a satisfying crunch and flavor to your shells.
